Description

Overview Series ESW heavy-duty electric linear actuators feature a dual-rail, low-profile design available in ball screw or belt-driven configurations and in two sizes. The ESW provides very high load and moment capacities and is engineered for eccentric and cantilevered payloads. It can operate as a standalone axis or be integrated into multi-axis Cartesian and gantry systems. Standard and compact saddle styles are offered in single and double combinations to cover a broad range of mounting and payload scenarios. "Your Motor, Your Way" allows customer-supplied motors or factory-installed motor solutions by PHD for flexible integration.

Advantages Enclosed dual-rail construction with an O-style ball bearing arrangement ensures maximum rigidity and resistance to tilting moments, extending service life under heavy loads and high-precision conditions. Design features support rigid mounting and environmental protection to maintain performance in industrial applications.
