Our self-sufficient Sprinter system-vehicles are equipped with everything needed for the operation of electric and hydraulic milling robots from Pipetronics or KA-TE1 and PMO1 robots – for instance self-contained power and water supply or epoxy resin fittings. In the standard model the Sprinter version is based on the Mercedes-Benz models. All units, like the double cable drum, water system, crane unit, hydraulic unit, compressor or tool cabinet, are built into the back of the Sprinter. The control panel with keyboard, control system and electric cabinet are located in the control room in the front. The operator controls the robots from the cockpit in the front via camera and/or monitor screen and always has all important parameters for operation in sight. The integrated air-conditioning system ensures comfortable working conditions while the ergonomic placement of operating components allows for effortless control of the robots in the sewer. We are constantly developing and improving how the robots are controlled. The Sprinter system-vehicles designed by Pipetronics are primarily based on Mercedes-Benz models. Upon request, vehicles from other manufacturers can also be utilised.
