Overview
POWDER DS provides three conveying technologies designed to handle powders and granulated solids. Systems are configurable to feed hoppers, flour mills and dosing points and can be adapted to installation requirements.

Drag Chain Conveyors (TD Series)
Drag chain conveyors (disc conveyors) are closed-tube systems with circular discs linked by a chain or cable. Discs move product using an automatic tensioner and a geared drive. Systems can load from multiple silos, hoppers or bulk bags and unload at several points along the route. The TD Series is intended for automatic feeding of flour mills and hoppers to reduce manual operations, optimise fill volumes and simplify maintenance.

Pneumatic Conveyors (TP, TPF, TPM Series)
POWDER DS supplies pneumatic conveyors in suction or pressure modes according to installation needs. Suction units (TPF) use a pump to create vacuum at the line end and transport ingredients to a single receiving hopper controlled by dosing systems. Pressure conveyors use a pump at the line start and can feed multiple destinations. A mobile unit (TPM) is available to sift and load product at different plant locations and adapt to varying space constraints.

Screw Conveyors (TS Series)
Screw conveyors (spiral conveyors) are suited for short transfers of powders and granules. The assembly consists of a geared motor driving a helical screw inside a conduit that moves material toward discharge points. POWDER DS also offers mobile screw elevators (TS) to fill elevated hoppers and perform sifting before dosing.
