Description

Overview
The ROC weighbridge is a modular concrete vehicle weighbridge designed for trucks, light vehicles and agricultural machinery. Built from five standard factory-cast elements, it adapts to most project lengths and installation types (in-pit or surface). Designed and manufactured in Ardèche, France, the ROC is available in legal-for-trade versions.

Design and advantages
  • Modular design with fully factory-poured structured concrete modules.
  • Simplified civil engineering and site preparation requirements.
  • Rapid installation: bridge can be operational within 24 h including initial inspection.
  • Movable and re-installable modules for site transfers or layout changes.
  • Factory-standard modules reduce on-site assembly time and variability.

Sensors and electronics
  • Equipped with analog or digital compression sensors compatible with modern weighing chains.
  • Sensors support digital workflows: simplified calibration, interchangeability and improved measurement reliability.

Robust
  • Concrete deck resists abrasive and corrosive products and withstands atmospheric exposure without expansion.
  • High deck mass (approx. three times conventional decks) increases inertia, protecting sensors from shocks and vibrations.

Durable
  • Concrete deck represents a long-term investment with low specific maintenance needs.
  • Existing installations can be modernized (measuring chain, electronics, software).
  • Modularity enables relocation and extended service life.

Efficient
  • Standard factory-cast modules enable very rapid on-site installation and strongly simplified civil works.

Evolutionary / Integration
  • Can be integrated with peripherals (cameras, lights, barriers, ANPR, etc.) to build complete input/output weighing solutions.

Additional attributes
  • Adaptable to project-specific lengths and configurations.
  • Designed and manufactured in Ardèche, France (Made in France).
  • Available in legal-for-trade versions.

Technical specifications
  • Modularity: composed from standard factory-poured modules; design reference uses five elements to achieve required length.
  • Standard module lengths: 4 m, 6 m and 7 m.
  • Standard width: 3 m.
  • Concrete class: XF4.
  • Double mechanical stop system for lateral and longitudinal impact protection.
  • Equipped with analog or digital compression sensors.
