Description

Mechanically engaged disc clutches and single and double disc clutches make sense, where remote controlling is not required and where smooth manual engagement is important. The engagement force needs to stay within sensible limits, manageable manually via levers. Of course devices like auxiliary cylinders or solenoids can be used to engage, too.
