Overview
The Proffico DMU dynamic mixers are continuous in-line units for homogenizing sludge with flocculants/polymers and other viscous media. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials (standard: stainless steel) and driven by reliable SEW gearmotors, DMU mixers provide adjustable high mixing energy while remaining compact. The special triangular (shark fin) shape of the mixing elements prevents clogging. Units are available in three series covering sludge flows up to 100 m³/h. Fully enclosed design ensures safe operation without hazardous fumes or odors.

Scope of application
Suitable for sludge dewatering installations, sewage and water treatment plants and for processes in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries where continuous high-energy mixing is required.
