From the extrusion profiles, we offer a tailor-made service of closed joints to provide a quality finished product, resistant and ready to be installed, adjusting to your needs. The possibilities are endless and we can work with any type of welded joint, from the simplest toric types, to the most complex requiring real expertise, this in compact silicone. Our know-how allows us to offer several types of welding: frontal, by hot vulcanization end to end, at an angle, most often at 90º, by hot vulcanization either end to end or by injection molding, depending on the requirements for the finish of the angles. All the corresponding products and tools are developed and manufactured in-house in our machine shop, from the die for extrusion to the welding moulds. Our long experience in the field allows us to work from the unit to large series, and to offer a service adjusted to your needs in terms of quantity and deadlines.
