The inflatable seal is a very versatile product that finds many applications and mainly responds to a common problem: the sealing and insulation of mechanical parts moving between them, and presenting a significant gap to be covered.
To meet this need, we manufacture the range of inflatable and retractable TIXAN'AIR® pneumatic seals to solve the multiple problems of static or dynamic sealing in industries as diverse as aeronautics, marine, nuclear, medical engineering, chemical engineering, agri-food, railway or mechanics.
Our TIXAN’AIR® range made up of many profiles will allow us in most cases to offer a tailor-made solution with an existing model. For the most specific cases, we develop and manufacture the necessary tools according to your specifications and requirements.
Our machining capabilities will allow us to manufacture the connection valve adapted to the application or to offer one of our standards.
Our experience allows us to provide high quality inflatable seals and depending on the requirements of the application, we have the necessary means to offer the tests guaranteeing their resistance, such as pressure rupture tests, longevity tests in action (number of supported cycle).
