Multiple stations can be used together with Pryor software to capture complete manufacturing process data. Data from the station can be transferred to any program when used with the Pryor ScanToScreen software. It consists of a ReadSmart 2.0 camera and a controlled lighting environment to ensure that marks can be read with even the most challenging field ambient lighting. This makes the Data Capture Station successful in most production environments. The camera also features various controllable external light options and variable focal length. Combined wih the controlled lighting environment, this allows the user to achieve the best possible lighting for reading both 1D and 2D barcodes on components of variable sizes, resulting in excellent read rates.
