Lingdong A-SeriesThe A-series uses a centralized rack-mounted architecture for compact centralized control and modular expansion up to 32 channels.
- Standard rack chassis with integrated real-time scheduling and servo control
- Multi-channel coordinated control with modular expansion (up to 32 channels)
- Per-channel closed-loop frequency up to 5 kHz
- Supports reflective memory and clock synchronization
Notable A-series variants- Lingdong A-4: 6U rack, up to 4 loading channels
- Lingdong A-8: 8U rack, up to 8 channels; expandable via bus to 32 channels
- Lingdong A-8E: 8U expansion chassis adding up to 8 channels per chassis
Lingdong B-SeriesThe B-series features a distributed architecture composed of the B main controller, B-E expansion chassis, SCU (servo control unit) and VCU (hydraulic station controller) for large-scale and flexible deployment.
Lingdong B main controllerThe main controller includes a real-time scheduling unit hosting up to four SCUs. The scheduling unit runs on an RTOS to provide deterministic scheduling, channel computation and real-time communication with hosts and external systems.
Lingdong B-E expansion chassisExpansion chassis connect via an expansion bus and provide slots for I/O and channel expansion modules to scale the system.
Control Unit (SCU)- Control update rate: up to 10 kHz
- Feedback: two load feedback inputs and one position feedback input; load acquisition accuracy ≤ ±0.05% F.S. with calibration and compensation
- Control outputs: enable and servo outputs; supports voltage/current modes and adjustable valve dither
- BNC analog I/O plus general analog/digital I/O
- Per-channel safety: over-limit, tracking error, sensor open-circuit detection and interlocks
Vehicle Control Unit (VCU)- Designed for hydraulic station control; each VCU can manage up to two hydraulic stations
- Each station offers two independent solenoid valve outputs for shutdown/low/high pressure control
- Modular expansion by adding VCU modules; supports external E-stop and safety interlocks
Valve Driver Unit (VDU)VDU provides independent solenoid valve drive per electro-hydraulic channel. Typical mapping: SCU issues enable signals to relays inside VDU; example VDU offers 16 solenoid outputs serving up to eight channels depending on configuration.
Attachments and optional accessoriesPower supply- PSU supports dozens of channels via aviation connectors (example configurations up to 54 channels)
- Multiple rails with monitoring: examples include 24 V / 450 W (main), 24 V / 20 W (sensor excitation), 15 V / 10 W (sensor excitation)
Input/output signal expansion modules- General multi-function I/O module (GMU)
- General analog I/O module (GAU)
- General digital I/O module (GDU)
- General bridge signal acquisition module (GBU)
Cables and connections- Primary cable categories: power, control signal and earthing cables
- Power cable example: 3×1.0 mm², 250 V / 10 A, oil-resistant PVC, max recommended length 5 m
- Control cable example: twisted-pair shielded, conductor ≥ 0.2 mm², braid ≥ 85%, max recommended length 50 m
- Earthing cable: recommended cross-sectional area ≥ 2.5 mm²
