Overview
The K8 transport system is a motor-driven chain conveyor running within a rail system. The caterpillar drive engages the conveyor chain and moves it forward. An optional automatic lubrication unit can be fitted to ensure regular lubrication of the chain joints during operation.
Operation
Hanger plates fitted with product holders are installed at fixed intervals according to customer requirements. These hangers transport products along the conveyor and can be unloaded after processes such as painting or curing, then reloaded as required.
