Overview
The Cleantrack™ overhead conveyor is a hygienic suspension conveyor designed for food processing and related industries. The modular, lightweight system eliminates metal-to-metal contact to provide a non-toxic, non-corrosive and easy-to-clean conveying environment.

Construction and materials
All track parts, drive units, idlers, bearings and fasteners are Grade 304 stainless steel. Trolley straps, rollers and drive teeth are hygienic, heavy-duty thermoplastic. Standard trolleys are made from Polyoxymethylene (POM) for good chemical resistance, low moisture absorption and temperature resistance; standard colours blue and red; stainless steel trolley option available on request.

Performance and integration
The Cleantrack™ trolley is approximately 50% lighter than comparable cast-steel trolleys. The modular construction allows layout changes to meet production requirements and supports integration with automation systems such as counters, on-line weighers and automated cutting machines.

Characteristics / technical specifications

• Track: 1 ¼” (32 mm) nominal diameter, stainless steel (Grade 304).
• Chain: 8 x 24.4 mm high-quality galvanized RUD chain; stainless steel option available.
• Trolley straps: temperature resistance from -30 °C to +150 °C.
• Trolley rollers: 48 mm diameter, double-bearing with stainless steel balls.
• Trolley material: Polyoxymethylene (POM) — lightweight, chemical resistant, low moisture absorption, ultra-smooth surface; standard colours blue and red; stainless steel option on request.
• All structural metal parts, drive units, idlers, bearings and fasteners: Grade 304 stainless steel.
• Design focus: hygienic operation with no metal-to-metal contact to reduce corrosion and contamination risks.
