Internal Balance (patented integration)The balance integrated into the machine design is extremely robust and has a high weighing readability of 0.01 g. The mechanical decoupling of the airtight sieving chamber enables error-free weighing without transferring the sieve, preventing material loss and enabling direct weighing during the sieving workflow.
Air jet sieving technologyThe rotating slot nozzle generates an air jet that disperses and swirls the sample on the sieve. Smaller particles pass through the mesh and are transported to the cyclone or vacuum cleaner. The process protects samples by allowing individual selection of pressure, nozzle speed and sieve height, enables short sieving times (typically 2–3 minutes) and supports deagglomeration of particles.

Functional PrincipleThe rotating slot nozzle below the sieve creates an air jet that swirls and distributes the sample. Particles smaller than the mesh are transported away by reverse air flow to the cyclone or vacuum. The air jet also continuously cleans the sieve mesh and aids deagglomeration.
