The CTS series tank side indicator is a field instrument used for data collection, display, and remote data transmission in tank farms. It can communicate with the liquid level, temperature and pressure measuring instruments on the tank through the field bus, reading the measurement data of the instruments on the tank and displaying it. At the same time, the tank side indicator is an information transmission device, which transmits the data of the instruments on the tank to the central control room through a data bus. The CTS series tank side indicator allows on-site operators to easily set the parameters of on-site instruments through a menu-like human-machine interaction interface. The human-computer interaction interface consists of a 128 * 64 graphic dot matrix LCD and four buttons. By using graphic dot matrix LCD, it is convenient to observe the on-site echo waveform of liquid level instruments such as radar liquid level meter, and the temperature data of various points of temperature instruments such as multi-point average thermometer. The use of a tank side indicator can greatly reduce the daily data copying workload of tank farm staff and the difficulty of instrument maintenance in the later stage.
