  • In a Revtech calciner, the material is continuously transported through gentle vibrations, forming a thin and uniform layer inside the coil. This configuration ensures an exceptionally homogeneous thermal treatment throughout the entire product flow. The vibratory conveying principle also promotes constant mixing of the material, delivering a treatment that is uniform, stable, and highly reproducible.

  • Several process parameters can be accurately controlled. The coil temperature is continuously monitored and regulated in real time, enabling rapid correction of any deviation within a very tight range (±1°C). The system operates in plug-flow mode without dead zones, ensuring a precise and highly consistent residence time for all particles (±1 minute). In addition, multiple gas injection and extraction points located along the coil allow fine atmosphere control throughout the process. Such a level of precision is difficult to achieve with conventional technologies and guarantees reliable, consistent treatment across a broad variety of products.
