Overview
Rite-Hite Classic Dock Seal provides a reliable dock-to-trailer seal for standard loading bays. Designed for industrial use, the product combines configurable head and side pad options with abrasion and heat-dissipation protections to reduce air and energy infiltration and simplify maintenance.

Key features

• ArmorPleat™ side-pad protection available full length to increase abrasion resistance; option in Durathon® high-strength, friction-resistant fabric.
• Head pad options: Traditional foam compression head pad that seals against the trailer; Anti-sag head pad (backerless with internal stabilizing panel) to prevent foam sag over time.
• Head curtain options: adjustable pull-rope curtain for varying trailer heights; self-locking head curtain stability system eliminates wind straps on some models.
• Fire protection: optional Firefighter® header protection and internal triple-layer foil heat-dissipation technology to reduce burn risk from trailer marker lights.
• Replaceable wear components: corner wear boots and head curtain face attached with Velcro for fast, low-cost replacement or upgrades.
• High Performance header options: triple-reinforced corner wear boots and light-blocking header face with mini pleats to close gaps caused by trailer protrusions.
• Head pad pop-off protection: mounting allows head pad to pivot upward to resist being pried off by trailers or yard equipment.
• Impactable header frame option: flexible framing resists damage from over-height trailer strikes.
• Optional PitMaster™ 4th-side sealing system to seal gaps beneath/around levelers and bumpers for improved energy performance and cleanliness.
• ArmorPleat sizes referenced in materials (e.g., 4" and 8") to suit abrasion and resilience requirements.
