Built to Rite-Hite’s high standards for quality, Classic Dock Seals offer traditional benefits with a range of options to increase durability and sealing effectiveness. Designed to provide effective sealing between building and trailer, reduce energy loss and extend service life through reinforced materials and replaceable wear components.

Highlighted Features

• ArmorPleat™ protection — available on full length of side pads to provide additional abrasion protection; supplied in high-strength, friction-resistant Durathon® fabric.
• Firefighter® technology — optional header protection and internal heat-dissipation systems prevent head pad burning due to compressed trailer marker lights.
• Replaceable wear components — corner wear boots and head curtain face attach with Velcro for quick, low-cost replacement or upgrades.
• Head Pad options — Traditional head pad (foam compression) and High Performance head pad; anti-sag construction and pop-off protection available to reduce long-term sagging and prevent prying off.
• Head Curtain options — Adjustable head curtain with pull-rope activation to adapt to varying trailer heights; impactable header frame and head curtain stability system available to resist damage and wind loss of contact.

• Internal Firefighter® technology — triple-layer foil heat-dissipation system to prevent burning from compressed trailer marker lights.
• Light-blocking header face with mini pleats to close gaps caused by seal-breaking protrusions on trailer backs.

Head Pad and Curtain

• Anti-sag head pad construction with internal stabilizing panel adapts to trailer movement and prevents foam sagging over time.
• Head pad pop-off protection — unique mounting allows head pad to pivot upward freely to avoid being pried off by trailers.
• Impactable header frame for head curtain models resists damage from high trailer approach.
• Head curtain stability system — self-locking design improves seal at trailer top and eliminates need for wind straps.
• Optional PitMaster™ 4th-side sealing system for sealing gaps around leveler and bumpers.
