Dock seal PitMaster® X

Overview
PitMaster® X installs beneath pit-style dock levelers to close the gap between the leveler deck and pit front, creating an enclosed dead-air cavity that reduces heat transfer and prevents contamination ingress. The system forms a sealed interface between the leveler underside and pit supports while remaining accessible for maintenance.

Design and Materials
The PitMaster® X is engineered for pit-style levelers. Main and header curtains are fabricated from 22 oz vinyl fabric attached to foam support triangles and to the leveler underside to form an overlapping sealed system that resists normal dock impacts and allows curtain removal for service.
