The All Terrain system facilitates easier machine movements in all-terrain applications, such as machine loading/unloading from a transportation van/truck. Delta 355 All Terrain is ideal for welding under-pressure pipes like HDPE, PP, PVDF, PB for movement of water, gas and other fluids. It is capable of welding pipes and fittings of diameters in the range of 125 mm to 355 mm. It runs on a low-vibration diesel engine. The machine features front steering wheels and rear traction. It has been designed as per ISO 21307 international standards. All Terrain provides high pressure. The clamps cylinders operate with a pressure range that is 3.5x more than the ISO low pressure types. This increases productivity, and provides up to 60% of reduction in welding time. The machine body has four clamps. DELTA 355 ALL TERRAIN welds HDPE, PP pipes and fittings for the transportation of gas, water and other fluids under pressure from 125 mm to 355 mm or from 4” IPS to 14” IPS.
