DELTA 500 TRAILER is a self-aligning fusion machine designed for welding thermoplastic pipes for the transport of water, gas and other fluids under pressure. It is applicable on all pipes with diameters up to 500 mm. The machine is also designed to fuse pipes according to the ISO 21307 Standard. The system has a very high pressure standard that reduces time up to 60% compared to the other machines. The body of the machine is attached on a 4 wheeled chassis that can be easily removed for working in small spaces. It also has 2 steering wheels and a safety brake. Clamps, heater and facer can be easily adjusted by the new, patented RITMO assisted system for opening, closing and lifting movements. The body also includes an automatic heating plate detaching device that helps removing the heating plate fast, easy and safely. The inserts can be placed and remove within the seconds thank to the RITMO Patented fast-locking inserts. It has a safety micro switch attached to the on-board electric facer and a thermal circuit breaker to protect the motor.
