Overview
Compact tracked butt-fusion welding machine REMEDY 500 – V1 FA designed for high productivity on small and medium-diameter PE and PP pipelines. Equipped with an on-board diesel generator and CNC fully automatic cycle to deliver repeatable, standards-compliant joints on site. Made by Ritmo for pipeline construction and maintenance.

Features

• Maximum performance - Fully automatic CNC welding: automatic opening, heating plate extraction and closing according to international standards (ISO 21307 Low Pressure; GIS/PL2-3:2015; WIS 4-32-08 I4; DVS 2207-1:2015; DVS 2207-11:2017).
• Complete powertrain - 1123 cc / 17 kW engine with on-board generator, up to 13 hours autonomy and capability to operate on slopes up to 30%. Welding range Ø 200 ÷ 500 mm (6" ÷ 20" IPS, 6" ÷ 18" DIPS).
• Patented assistance systems - Assisted clamp opening, milling cutter and heating plate extraction to reduce operator effort; optional lifting bucket for alignment and stabilization; optional loading winch to speed up pipe setup.
• Remote control up to 100 m - Wireless operation for safe movement and precise positioning of the tracked welder.
• In-ditch operation - Welding unit detachable from the trolley for in-ditch use; fourth clamp removable to reduce footprint; dedicated cables and extensions up to 7 m available on request.
• Easy maintenance - Quick access to service compartments for air filter cleaning, fuse checks and radiator maintenance.
• Shipping flexibility - Compact dimensions and manageable weight allow transport on a simple trolley.
