Description

Overview
Turnkey conveyor systems comprising belt, timing-belt and modular-belt conveyors delivered with matched control system and control cabinet for immediate plug-and-play use. Systems are designed for part and tote handling, integration with cobot and automation cells, and configured for start/stop, indexing and accumulating operation.

Conveyor types
  • Belt conveyors — customizable dimensions, belt types and drive configurations (head belt drive, direct head drive, center drive).
  • Modular belt conveyors — flexible layouts: straight sections, curves and inclines; suited for heavy loads and accumulation.
  • Timing-belt conveyors — precise positioning and high repeatability for indexing and positioning tasks.

Control & operation modes
  • Plug-and-play supply: conveyors delivered with configured control cabinet and control logic for rapid installation and commissioning.
  • Start/stop operation: control via selector switch, manual start button, start sensor (light barrier) or external customer signal.
  • Indexing operation: controlled product indexing and positioning for downstream processes.
  • Stop/start logic variants: stop sensor (interrupted end light barrier), start sensor (uninterrupted end barrier), timed start (belt run time control) and customer-signal driven start/stop.
  • Optional emergency-stop integration and safety interfaces.

Application example
  • Typical use: small parts or tote placement on a modular belt conveyor detected by a start sensor; conveyor transfers parts to a cobot or processing station. The control cabinet logic module manages runs, indexing and external interfaces (robot/cobot signals, customer I/O).

  • Drive options: belt-driven head, direct head drive, center drive and custom layouts.
  • Sensor options: photoelectric sensors/light barriers, proximity sensors, start/stop buttons, selector switches and customer-signal interfaces.

  • Accessories: speed controllers, 24 V power supplies, encoders, connection hubs and conveyor-technology accessories.
