This causes the formwork surfaces to detach from the concrete on all sides and the box can be removed non-destructively without constraints. The reusable formwork bodies are made in acordance with the order to the desired size. The feasible minimum dimension sare approx. Ø 200 mm for round tubes or approx. 150 mm edge length for angular ones boxes. The maximum possible lengths depend on the respective outer dimensions. For particularly thick beams, 2 FLEX pipes are added arranged one above the other. The use of these special formwork elements in the precast plant or on site becomes interesting if sufficient large numbers of breakthroughs are to be produced and therefore the lost components become more expensive.
