Description

The UFD40 can be used in round mode to detect and position weld seams on tubes, cans or drums. For this purpose, an eddy current probe can be attached to the inside and outside of the round body. In addition, butt welds on wires, cables and strips can be detected in flat mode. • Modular design • High measuring rates for high positioning accuracy • Independent real-time communication of the measuring channels with the machine PLC • Industry-compatible interfaces for automation • PC software for visualization and administration of the measuring channels
