Overview
Next-generation TIJ inks from Brady formulated for reliable adhesion, rapid drying and durable prints on non-porous and porous substrates. Available in solvent (MEK) and aqueous formulations offering sharp, long-lasting and barcode-readable prints across packaging and industrial materials.

Solvent Inks (non-porous media)

• 5802K: Black solvent dye ink with strong adhesion and rub resistance, extended throw distance and fast drying. Suitable substrates: OPP, PET, PVC, BOPET, aluminium foil. Best before: 6 months from filling date.
• 5803K: Black solvent dye variant for fast drying and reliable print performance on non-porous films and foils. Suitable substrates: OPP, PET, PVC, BOPET, aluminium foil. Best before: 6 months from filling date.
• 5901K: Black solvent dye ink engineered for exceptional adhesion, rub resistance, rapid drying and extended throw distance; optimized for barcode readability on semi-porous and non-porous materials. Suitable substrates: PET, PVC, BOPET, aluminium foil. Best before: 6 months from filling date.
• 5901R: Red solvent dye ink with strong adhesion and rapid drying; suitable for colored marking on PET, PVC, BOPET and aluminium foil. Best before: 6 months from filling date.
• 5901B: Blue solvent dye ink offering fast drying and good adhesion; Best before: 5 months from filling date.
• 5720K / 5720R: Solvent-family variants for similar semi-porous and non-porous applications (see technical data sheets).
• Alcohol/chemical resistant variants: Specific black solvent formulations provide rapid absorption, outstanding scratch and chemical resistance for applications requiring alcohol resistance (examples: PVC pipe, paint-coated substrates). Best before: typically 6 months from filling date.

Aqueous Inks

• Black dye aqueous ink: Fade and water resistant with long decap time, high optical density and sharpness; suitable for paper, semi-porous coated paper, cardboard and duplex board. Best before: 6 months from filling date.
