Range of TIJ 2.5 inks formulated for industrial coding and marking applications, available in solvent, aqueous and UV-curable technologies to meet substrate and durability requirements.

Solvent Inks

• SoluJET® Ultra 3000 — Black dye solvent ink for track & trace coding and high-productivity packaging. Fast drying, strong adhesion and sharp print. Suitable substrates: OPP, PET, PA, PVC, metallised foils. Best before: 9 Months from filling date.
• SoluJET®2706K — Black dye solvent ink with fast drying, good adhesion and rub resistance; high barcode readability on semi-porous and non-porous substrates. Suitable substrates: PVC, PET, Metal, Aluminium foil. Best before: 9 Months from filling date.
• SoluJET®2688K — Black dye solvent ink with long decap time, high optical density and excellent barcode sharpness on semi-porous and non-porous substrates. Suitable substrates: PVC, PET, Metal, Aluminium foil. Best before: 12 Months from filling date.
• SoluJET®2768K — Black dye solvent ink for track & trace and high-output packaging printing; high durability, fast drying and high optical density. Suitable substrates: PVC, PET, Metal, Aluminium foil. Best before: 6 Months from filling date.
• SoluJET®2770K / SoluJET®2780K — Black dye solvent inks offering long decap time, strong adhesion and barcode readability on a broad range of substrates including OPP, PET, PA, PVC and aluminium foil. Best before: typically 9 Months from filling date (SKU-dependent).

Aqueous Inks (Porous Media)

• HydraJET®2020K — Black dye aqueous ink with enhanced fade and water resistance, long decap time and excellent barcode contrast on paper and coated paper. Best before: 12 Months from filling date.
• HydraJET®2018K — Black pigment aqueous ink with strong fade and water resistance, long decap time and high darkness for porous substrates such as wood and paper. Best before: 12 Months from filling date.
• HydraJET / SoluJET aqueous colour variants — Red, Blue, Green aqueous inks (FD&C dyes) for general coding and marking on porous substrates. Best before: typically 12 Months from filling date.

UV Curable Inks

• SoluJET®2750K — Black pigment UV-curable ink offering solvent and alcohol resistance, high print durability, good adhesion and rub resistance on semi-porous and non-porous substrates. Suitable substrates: PVC, PET, Metal, Aluminium foil. Best before: 4 Months from filling date.
• SoluJET®2750W — White pigment UV-curable ink with high optical density on dark substrates. Suitable substrates: PVC, PET, Metal, Aluminium foil. Best before: 4 Months from filling date.

Security Inks

• SecuJET®2550R / SecuJET®2550B / SecuJET®2520B — Invisible UV-fluorescent solvent/aqueous inks for security coding; invisible in normal light and luminescent under UV. Suitable substrates: PVC, PET, Aluminium foil. Best before: typically 6 Months from filling date.

Food Safe Inks

• AnJET®2050R / AnJET®2050G / AnJET®2050B — Food-grade TIJ 2.5 inks formulated with FDA-approved FD&C dyes for printing on food-related surfaces (eggshells, baked goods, snacks) and some pharmaceutical tablet surfaces. Suitable substrates: eggshells, cookies, snacks. Best before: 9 Months from filling date.
