DESCRIPTION
Our cap presser is specifically designed to press and snap bottle caps. The operator makes a manual precapping and then products are capped on-the-fly by a leaning pressure belt. The machine suits for steady bottles and products in pucks.
FUNCTIONS
• Pressure belt for bottle capping is activated by a motor unit and a variator
• Belt height adjustable by digital counter
• Aluminium profile frame (40 x 40 mm), stainless steel guide sheet
• Control panel integrated on the electrical cabinet door (E-stop button, reset, stop and run push buttons)

• Electrical cabinet fitted to machine frame
