A perfect automatic screwing of caps on bottles or jars with SMED changeover parts.
DESCRIPTION
This automatic rotary indexed machine is designed for screwing of caps or pumps. Bottles and jars arrive onto a belt or a chain conveyor. First thread of pumps or caps must be in before being inserted in the screw module.
FUNCTIONS
• Cross indexed by mechanical indexer with couple limiter
• Screwing station with system to avoid bottle rotation
• Ejection of non-compliant products
• Setting by wheel and counter
• PLC OMRON and control panel
• Emergency stop and safety interlock on guard doors
• Independent electrical cabinet fitted to machine frame
