Rotary bottle unscrambler

Unscrambler designed for bottles in thermoplastic material delivered in bulk to feed a production line. DESCRIPTION Placed at the beginning of the line, the bottle unscrambler is ideally designed to feed packaging lines automatically. Bottles in thermoplastic material or equivalent are discharged in bulk mode into a hopper elevator which gradually feeds a rotating bowl that picks the bottles in a prone position whatever the neck orientation. At output of the bowl, bottles are lined up and dispatched via massage belts towards an orientation wheel which allows the bottles to be oriented harmoniously with the help of a "hook". A positioner allows bottles to stand upright before being caught by side bands and placed upright on a conveyor.
