Hose protection spiral SAFE-SPIRAL ECO

Safeplast have developed a new product which is produced by extrusion from 100 % recycled HD polyethylene. Safe-Spiral ECO provides an economical and more flexible solution for hose protection. Like all Safeplast products, these are fully recyclable, because they do not contain any harmful materials. Safe-Spiral ECO is suitable for all companies who wish to enhance sustainable development and reduce their carbon footprint by choosing recycled materials. Safe-Spiral ECO is produced mostly in the same sizes and dimensions as our standard Safe-Spirals, but the tolerance range for the dimensions is wider. Safe-Spiral ECO Features: - 100 % recycled HD polyethylene - very flexible - temperature range from -40° C to +80° C - recyclable Available sizes & lengths: Outer diameters are available from 12mm to 110mm. All sizes are available in coils or pre-cuts lengths. Coil length depends on the size. Maximum pre-cut length for all diameters is 6 000 mm and MOQ apply. All pre-cut lengths are equipped with a rounded end and a drill hole for lengthening and fastening purposes.
