Since the concern about the wellbeing of our planet is growing, we have accepted the challenge to create more sustainable products. As a result, we designed the Safe-Spiral BIO – a hose guard that is made from bio-based plastics. The material for Safe-Spiral BIO comes from sugarcane, which is refined to ethanol and further processed to polyethylene. The sugarcane binds carbon dioxide to itself while it’s growing, so the carbon emission is balanced in the production process. Safe-Spiral BIO is produced by double extrusion. It has all the same features as our standard Safe-Spiral. Safe-BIO spiral can also be used as Wear Indicator –spiral like Safe-Spiral ABRA. It has black surface and green interior. Safe-Spiral BIO is available in OD from 16 mm to 110 mm. Lengths: available only in coils.
