Description

Negative cold chamber (from -25ºC to -15ºC) for product storage at negative temperatures. Refrigerated storage chamber with negative cold, equipped with cooling units in monoblock or split version, intended for small and medium-sized bakery and pastry shops. Characteristics of the negative cold chamber (NCC) Negative cold chambers allow the preservation of any product down to -25ºC. With the perfectly dimensioned refrigeration equipment (in MONOBLOCK or SPLIT version), they achieve a perfectly uniform temperature distribution throughout the interior of the chamber. • Negative cold chamber for product storage at negative temperatures.. • Indoor temperature working range: From -25ºC. • Working range at outside temperature: Up to 43ºC. • Chamber built with 60mm thick polyurethane foam sandwich panel. • Indoor and outdoor surfaces finished in food grade PVC. • 1 insulated door with right hinged key lock as standard • 60mm thick insulated floor with AISI 304 food grade stainless steel cladding. • Refrigeration equipment: • MONOBLOCK located on the ceiling of the chamber. • SPLIT with evaporators located inside the chamber and the rest of the cooling unit located at a distance of up to 10 metres. • Sanitary profile for all joints and LED lighting. • Refrigerant gas: R452A
