Horizontal Mixer MO The horizontal mixer MO is the most advanced machine for the production of zootechnical food, especially thanks to the following features: 1) Homogeneity over the mixing whether by adding liquid ingredients or products of different specific weight; 2) High yield with mixing times not exceeding the 5/6 minutes; 3) Rapid emptying; 4) Easy maintenance. The horizontal mixer MO is entirely made of high gauge steel with lid divided into sectors to enable internal inspection. The double spiral mixers with fins of different diameters and opposite directions drive onto the product, besides a rotary movement of continuous cycle advance, a central movement opposite to the advance of the external mass. Thus is attained an optimum mixture of the ingredients. All movements are mounted on ball bearings. The horizontal mixer has a bottom that opens all along its length to allow a rapid product discharge. The machine consists of motor-reducer and transmission.
