JSB 008 D reciprocating bale plucker is equipped with specially designed plucking arms for finer tufting, higher yield and better efficiency. It suits all cotton types and man-made fibres up to 76mm. Multiple arm width options allow flexible adaptation to workshop constraints. Max plucking width reaches 2.5 m, enabling simultaneous blending and plucking of up to 4 bales. Intelligent Flat Baling & Bale Scheduling. Production up to 2,000 kg/h. It can pluck multiple varieties of materials, and supply raw materials to 1–3 blowroom lines. Optional photoelectric bale zone protection provides auto-stop safety; standard on CE-certified machines. Plucking arm lifting adopts high-precision ACME screw drive for accurate linear positioning and inherent self-locking for operational safety. Integrated industrial HMI automatically displays fault information for easy operation and troubleshooting.
