This multi-mixer is suitable for opening and blending all fibres under 76mm, with wide raw material adaptability. It meets the requirements of all spinning processes and features a compact structure for easy maintenance. Modular design for smooth material transportation and transfer. Three configurations (6, 8 and 10 chambers) are available to meet diverse production and blending requirements. Production up to 2,000 kg/h. Compact structure, easy batch change and simple maintenance enhance production efficiency. Infrared fire detector can be connected to the equipment control system, effectively preventing fire hazards and minimising losses. JSB 027 adopts simultaneous feeding; Automix 7 adopts chamber-by-chamber feeding.
