Description
We can build chill rolls with diameter of 100 to 500 mm and width of 100 to 600 mm.
Characteristics :
- hard chrome plated , grind machined and mirror finishing polished roll
- a double spiral oil circulation ensures a perfect homogeneity of the surface temperature
- a brushless motor unit drive ensures a perfect accuracy of the speed over the entire range
- blade air flow to flatten the film on the roll surface
- followed by a single position rewinder
