The SealLine 240-3 ADVANCED is a crimping machine for stripping, sealing and crimping three single wires or three-core cables in a single machine cycle. Seals and terminals are fed and positioned for cable production; the crimping process starts automatically when the operator inserts the wires to be processed.

Wide Range of Use
The machine handles three single wires or three-core cables and supports all common seal types, including hard-shell seals. It is compatible with transverse-belted terminal strips.

Short Set-Up Time and High Flexibility
Quick changeovers are possible: crimping applicators can be exchanged to process different terminals and corresponding seal kits (SSK) can be installed to use other seals.

Individually Adjustable Parameters
Zero cut and stripping length, cutting depth, stripping return stroke and crimp position are precisely adjustable via the machine control for optimal production results.

Crimp Force Monitoring and Quality Assurance
An optional crimp force monitoring unit combined with a bad part cutter prevents incorrectly crimped wires entering downstream processes and supports quality assurance.

Modern Operating Interface
The touch-screen control provides an intuitive multi-language user interface, selectable user roles and operating modes, and networking functions for flexible process sequences.

High Safety for Operators
Operator safety is ensured by a closed machine design; opening a safety cover interrupts the electrical safety circuit and stops the machine.

Compliance
The crimping machine complies with European directives for mechanical and electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
