Crimping machine for processing of ferrite cores
The FerriteLine 240 ADVANCED is designed to strip and equip two wires with individual ferrite cores and to crimp previously formed terminals. Ferrite cores are positioned in a conveyor pot and fed via a rail. Terminals are formed by a bending unit and presented to the crimping station. The operator inserts the wires which are then automatically equipped with ferrite cores and crimped to the terminals, ensuring reproducible connections.

Wide range of use options
Fast product changeover allows processing of different wire and terminal combinations. Crimp applicators can be exchanged quickly via a quick-change device. Crimping speed is adjustable to match terminal properties.

Quality assurance functions
Integrated crimp force monitoring detects faulty crimps in real time. Faulty parts are removed by the bad part cutter to prevent use in downstream processes.

Modern operating interface
The touchscreen HMI offers an intuitive multilingual interface, user role selection and operating modes. Network functions support integration into production environments.

High safety for the operator
A monitored safety device stops the machine when protective covers are opened. A handwheel is provided for safe test operation after changeover and during maintenance.

Compliance
The machine conforms to applicable European directives for mechanical and electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
