Automatic crimping machine TransLine 240 ADVANCED for crimping single- and multi-core cables to automatically fed terminals. Operator inserts wires and starts the cycle with the foot switch. Robust design ensures reproducible crimp connections suitable for industrial production.
Modularity and Use
Modular construction reduces setup times and allows multiple expansion options. Quick-change applicators enable fast changeover between terminal types. Crimping speed and parameters are adjustable to match terminal and wire characteristics.
Quality Assurance Functions
Integrated crimp force monitoring detects incorrect crimps during production. Faulty assemblies are removed by the bad-part cutter to prevent downstream processing of nonconforming parts.
Operating Interface and Safety
STI 2015 touchscreen HMI with an intuitive multilingual interface. Configurable user roles and operating modes; network connectivity via RJ-45. Monitored safety device interrupts power and stops the machine when protective covers are removed. Handwheel provided for safe test operation after changeover and maintenance.
