Description

Where the air grows too thin for others, the environment is too corrosive or hygiene requirements are too high – that’s precisely where the Sensorfit encoder coupling gets in. Their matched materials make them a reliable partner for your accurate measuring applications under vacuum conditions, in food and medical technology or for other challenging environmental conditions. Pluggable-customisable-combinable – Depending on the shaft distance and technical requirements, the Sensorfit coupling is available as an A or B version in 2 different overall lengths. Not only does it offers a selection of the most common standard bores (Ø6, Ø8 and Ø10 mm) but it can also, of course, be combined as needed In terms of weight, the Sensorfit coupling does its job unobtrusively, so much so that your encoders will hardly notice it. Because it has new clamping hubs made of glass-fibre-reinforced high-performance plastic, which makes it particularly lightweight, with the positive effect of extremely low rotational inertia. The Sensorfit coupling features outstanding, extremely efficient compensation capacity, in particular for your shaft misalignments. It provides high displacement reserve – radially of up to 0.7 mm, angularly of up to 1.5 degrees and axially of up to 0.5 mm, so that your displacements can be easily higher.
