Small but separated like a big one! The sprue sorting device from SCHUMA is used for sorting sprues directly at the injection moulding machine or downstream of a conveyor system. Sorting is based on the height difference between the sprue and the moulded part. The moulded parts are transported to the side by a screw roller. Depending on your requirements, we can manufacture the SSE for you in the left or right discharge direction. Loosening spikes built into the screw prevent the parts from getting caught and jammed during the separation process.
