Features- X‑Ray: Patented X‑Ray system determines skeletal structure and identifies optimal cut points for separating forequarter, middle and hindquarter. The system measures primal cut weights automatically before a single cut and can link to animal/carcass identification and tracking systems.
- DEXA: Dual Energy X‑Ray Absorptiometry measures bone density and body composition. For red meat processing, DEXA OCM supplies objective data on lean meat, bone and fat for each carcass to support pricing, carcass-specific cut selection and genetic selection programmes.
- Normaclass MAC10: Normaclass MAC10 grades carcasses on a continuous line, determining fat cover and conformation. MAC10 processes up to 360 carcasses per hour, features a fully customisable software interface and has no moving parts to simplify maintenance.
