Overview
SEFAR® X-Series pleated filter elements provide high-performance filtration for pulse-jet baghouses by increasing usable filtration area and improving particle retention while remaining compatible with many existing baghouse systems.

Variants and typical applications
Available in six variants to match process demands from standard to extreme temperatures. Typical variants include:
  • X-300 — increases filtration area (approx. 2× reported), suitable up to ~190°C for spray drying and general dust filtration (e.g., TiO2, chemical processes).
  • X-600 — designed for extreme-temperature stages (up to ~260°C) and demanding micronizing/oxidation steps.
  • X-750 — fitted with advanced e-PTFE membrane and optimized sealing for benchmark emission control and fine-particle retention.
