KLIXON® 4AT Series low temperature hermetic switches are snap-action devices that provide the reliable switching action in extremely harsh environments. These switches are designed to operate at temperatures as low as -275 °F (-170.5 °C) and while switching 3 Amps resistive at 30VDC. Sensata has over 100 different switch packages in single and multi-pole configurations with actuation styles such as leaf, lever, pushbutton, plunger, roller, and toggle. KLIXON® 4AT Series low temperature hermetic switches provide indication of position in many different aerospace and defense applications including liquid oxygen valves, satellite antenna position, and solar array positioning. Sensata's switches are used on the International Space Station and Mars Observer.
