Rotary Cooler Rotary cooler is a cooling device which is based on conventional rotary cylinder and has a regular internal installation of cooling heat exchange tube. In the cooler, the material flows outside the tube and the air/water flows inside the tube as refrigerant, and the heat transfer through the tube wall surface achieves the purpose of cooling the material. Working Principle: The rotary cooler is developed on the basis of rotary cylinder for cooling the dried material. Some heat exchange tubes are distributed inside the cylinder, the cold air/cooling circulating water enters the heat exchange tubes from outside, and the dried materials are added from the upper part of the higher end to make effective contact with the outer wall of the heat exchange tubes in the cylinder. The heat passes through the wall of heat exchange tubes and is taken away with the cold air/cooling circulating water and the cooled product is collected from the lower end. Characteristics: 1. Indirect heat transfer, the material is not in contact with the refrigerant, and there is no mixing and separation between them; 2. The equipment cooling pipe area is large, and the cooling effect on the material is good; 3. The equipment is simple in composition, stable in operation and convenient in maintenance.
