A single channel, inline hygrometer, which has been designed to meet the stringent demands of industrial applications, suitable for measuring trace moisture in process gases and dry compressed air and providing real time measurement of process conditions when paired with the AcuDew transmitter. The AcuVu hygrometer is fully self-contained within a robust housing, providing weatherproof protection to IP65 (NEMA 4) when mounted within a ⅛ DIN panel mount enclosure. Designed with extra functionality and features, the AcuVu requires little or no maintenance and with low power consumption, provides a fast response time and long-term signal accuracy even if located up to 1,000 metres away from the AcuDew dewpoint transmitter. Extra features of the hygrometer include a 4-20 mA signal retransmission and two fully programmable alarm relays, which can be independently set across the full operating range of the connected AcuDew dewpoint transmitter. The set points can be viewed and adjusted from the front panel keypad along with password protecting user configurations. This single channel inline hygrometer accepts a universal supply voltage of 22-253 V AC or 20-300 V DC and is fully compatible with the dewpoint ranges available for the AcuDew, covering an overall range from -120 °C to +20 °C (-184 °F to +68 °F) dewpoint. The 4-digit, 14 segment LED display is factory configured to display in °C DP, °F DP, ppm(v), ppb(v), g/m³ or lb/MMSCF. Supplied ready to use and suitable for the most challenging environments.
