The AcuTrak single channel inline hygrometer is designed to measure trace moisture in process gases and dry compressed air, integrating perfectly with the AcuDew dewpoint transmitter. Powered by a switchable 90-250 V AC or 24 V DC power supply, connection and configuration of the hygrometer and dewpoint transmitter is a simple installation process and can be used worldwide without the need to adjust or select the input power. The 4-20 mA analogue output signal and RS485 digital communications maintain signal integrity from sample point to control system even if sited in excess of 1,000 metres from each other. When paired with the AcuDew various dewpoint ranges are available covering an overall range from -120 °C to +20 °C dewpoint. AcuTrak includes many user-friendly features such as, two independent, fully programmable alarm relays with LED indicators, which can be set across the full operating range of the connected dewpoint transmitter. Set points can be viewed and adjusted, along with access to the hot keys, using the four-button keypad on the front panel. Select the gas type used at the sensor when calculating ppm(w) measurement, enter your own calculations using the Bukacek formula, choose from the predetermined gas types or switch off/on the Natural Gas correlation if and when required. With panel protection to IP54, the large easy to read five-character LED display incorporates features such as pressure and temperature parameters and engineering units which are user configurable to suit your dewpoint measurement requirements. An easy to program hygrometer, designed to operate continuously with a minimum amount of operator input, requiring little or no maintenance.
