The SV680-INT series high-end servo drives from Inovance are tailored to provide high speed, accuracy, performance, and tuning-free capabilities for high-end applications. These drives are compliant with global-leading standards, including the CE, UL, KC, EAC, UKCA, TUV and SEMI F47 certification. Overview Benefits Superior Performance 625 kHz current loop control algorithm for smooth and accurate instruction planning; speed loop bandwidth frequency of 3.5 kHz for rapid response to high-end industrial equipment; Brand-new ultra-small inertia motors for applications requiring high speed and high accuracy; Resonance suppression in 30 ms; Flexible load for stable operation Eight Safety Guarantees Eight safety mechanisms aligned with SIL3 standards defined by IEC 61508; Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) to enhance industrial network safety; Built-in brake output to promote safety and efficiency Multi-encoder Supported The SV680 servo drive as standard , supports Inovance's 23 and 26 bit serial single/multi-turn absolute encoders (Inovance's latest 26 bit serial single/multi-turn absolute provides more than 67.1 million pulses within one mechanical turn), Endat 2.2, BISS-C, SSI and ABZ incremental encoders fitted to customer's choice of servo motor. Linear and Direct Drive Rotary Motor Control Only one drive model for Rotary, DDL & DDR motor control. Accuracy error compensation table. Supports incremental and absolute encoders. Different wake & shake modes to improve motor phasing.
