Overview Enhanced Control Performance The SV670-INT series standard servo drives boast a 3.2 kHz speed loop bandwidth, a significant upgrade from its predecessor, the SV660 series, giving full play to your equipment. Enhanced safety features The SV670-FS-INT model has an STO safety torque-off function, which is certificated by STO SIL3 IEC 61800-5-2 compliant. Accurate Positioning Supported by Optional Encoder The MS1-R series servo motors feature a 23-bit multi-turn absolute encoder, increasing encoder resolution by 8 times for enhanced repeatability and absolute positioning accuracy. Fully closed-loop control with ABZ quadrature pulse for accurate equipment positioning.
