Overview
Pyrolysis gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (Py-GCMS) enables characterization of a wide range of materials, including insoluble or complex matrices, often at trace levels and frequently without prior sample pretreatment. Typical sample types include polymers, plastics, rubber, paints, dyes, resins, coatings, cellulose, wood, textiles and oils.
